Facility is seeking Locum BC/BE Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide coverage for 6 months with opportunity to extend 
- Practice Setting: Inpatient Oncology Unit
- Reason for Coverage: Retirement
- Mon-Fri Consult Coverage 8:00AM-4:30PM with rotating weekends
- Call Schedule: overnight telephonic call (rotating)
- Call Ratio: approx 1:8 
- Patient Populatione: Adult, Geriatric
- Hem--60%, Onc--40%, IM--0%
- 7 Physicians in Practice
- Radiation Oncologists will be present during locum tenens Coverage?
- How Many APPs Provide Coverage:  1 dedicated for inpt coverage: 11 total---some round on the weekends 
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding) :variable-----approx 5-20
- Clinical Area: Oncology - Inpatient Setting, Hematology - Inpatient Setting
- Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital):  level one
- EMR:  Epic 
- Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse oncologist
- Required Procedures:  Chemotherapy - Intrathecal
- Required Duties:  Participation on a Tumor Board, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
- Active CT license required
