• Seeking BC/BE Palliative Medicine Physician to be a memeber of comprehensive team providing inpatient and outpatient care
• New physician team member covers inpatient palliative medicine consultations & inpatient hospice, with additional mix of outpatient palliative medicine clinic, telemedicine, hospice medical directorship, long-term & acute skilled nursing facility care with resident supervision, depending upon experience & interest
