Seeking a BE/BC Geriatrician to join our Senior Health team in Peoria, Illinois. Full-time and part-time positions available Join an experienced team of Physician and Advance Practice Providers supported by clinic support staff: 1 RN and 1 Patient Service Rep EPIC EMR Nursing home admissions and rounding Opportunity available for Medical Directorship of three areas Nursing Homes for additional stipend related to the Medical Directorship responsibilities Average patients/day: 10 Call schedule requirement: 5 days per month including weekends, call handled by phone Benefits:Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with 100% tail insurance covered.
