Job Description
Join the Primary Care team at an independent hospital in a lakeside resort community offering practice autonomy, excellent support, and a balanced lifestyle. This position features a 4 day work week, more than six weeks of PTO, and the opportunity to incorporate procedures and scopes.
Position Highlights:
Flexibility to build your practice with ample time for meaningful patient relationships
Reasonable patient volume of 10-15 patients per day
Dedicated nurse and exam rooms
Option to include procedures and scopes
Four day work week with 6+ weeks of PTO
Light call schedule with limited on site requirements
Compensation:
Base salary range: $310,000-$400,000
Guaranteed base salary plus production incentives; total earnings $400,000+
$100,000 signing bonus
Up to $250,000 in retention bonuses or student loan repayment
Comprehensive executive level benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), CME, and more
