THE OPPORTUNITIES: Primary Care Physicians – Family Practice and Internal Medicine

THE LOCATIONS: Grants Pass, Medford, Ashland and Talent, Oregon

We are seeking family practice and internal medicine physicians to join our outpatient teams in Grants Pass, Medford, Ashland and Talent, Oregon.   Candidates must be BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.  We offer flexible scheduling options and there is no call or inpatient work required.

THE DETAILS:

-Year 1 – base salary of $240,000

-Year 2 & beyond – Annual performance incentives of up to $40,000

-$50,000 signing bonus

-Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance

-Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance

-240 hours authorized time off
