Job Description
West Coast Kidney Institute – West Bay Division, a nephrology practice serving San Francisco and San Mateo counties in California, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Nephrologist to join us in 2026. We are a thriving, collaborative group guided by esprit de corps. Senior physicians mentor and support junior physicians, and everybody helps each other during periods of increased clinical demand, ensuring no one feels unsupported.

- Practice growth of 25% over the past three years

Compensation and Benefits:
- Graduated pay scale – $270,000 in year 1, with a 7% annual increase reaching $354,000 in year 5
- Five-year full partnership track with equal income distribution, historically exceeding $550,000
- Two-year junior partnership track with full voting rights
- Paid time off: 4 weeks annually in years 1-5, increasing to 6 ½ weeks as a full partner

Schedule:
- Five-day workweeks in years 1 and 2, transitioning to 4 ½-day workweeks from year 3 onward
