West Coast Kidney – Diablo Division is seeking a passionate and dedicated BC/BE Nephrologist to join their team! As part of a nationwide, physician-led organization, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional, evidence-based kidney care while enjoying the autonomy to shape your career. Hiring Package:
- $240,000 starting base salary, increasing to $270,000 at year 2
- Interventional nephrologists will be considered for an increased hiring package
- Partnership opportunities begin at 2 years
- WCK partner/equity partner at 2 years
- 1 week CME (registration, transportation, lodging, and daily meals covered)
Schedule/Practice Details:
- 5-day work week
- PTO starts at 4 weeks and incrementally increases to 8 weeks at 6 years
