Medical Center is seeking a Locum Inpatient Neurohospitalist to start July 2023
Coverage starts on July 19-25 and will rotate every other week through 2023
Shift: 7 on/7off - 7am - 7pm
Provider will take call Saturday morning through Monday morning, and are responsible for all stroke alerts 7a - 7p Monday through Friday
Locum will also cover stroke activations during their shift
Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, ED, TSE Stroke
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 8-15 (inpatient)
Number of ICU Beds: 18
EMR - Epic
Level II and Stroke Comprehensive Hospital
Required Neurology Procedures: Diagnostic/Therapeutic Taps, Lumbar Puncture, Thrombolytic Therapy, EEG, Evoked Potentials, Disability Evaluation, Dysphagia screening
Required: Board Certification, ID License, DEA, CSR, BLS & COVID Vaccine
