Pain Management Providers – AZ & NJ Hybrid Model: In-Person Consults + Telemedicine Follow-Ups
Chronic Care Consultants is seeking licensed Pain Management providers for chronic pain evaluations and ongoing management. Providers perform face-to-face assessments with telemedicine follow-up visits. Controlled-medication management permitted when clinically appropriate and compliant with state regulations.
Requirements: • Active AZ or NJ medical license • Experience in pain management or related fields • Ability to conduct in-person evaluations • Strong documentation & compliance skills
