Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/ PHP & Outpatient Child/Adolescent Services
This practice is located in a northwest suburb of Chicago, and is a part of the Chicago metropolitan area.,one of the three communities that make up the so-called "Tri Village" area, along with Bartlett and Hanover Park.
Behavioral Healthcare System is the largest free-standing behavioral health system for Children and Adolescents in Illinois.
Position Highlights/Duties
Child/Adolescent case load. Monday – Friday work schedule. Flexible hours: and work 10A-6P 3 days/week & 11A-7P 2 days/week. If interested in some work in a PHP setting, can work 9A-5:30P. Need experienced provider with knowledge of prescribing.
- Initial evaluations of new patients; follow-up brief therapy care and medication management; treatment team participation.

Compensation Details:

Job Requirements:
- PhD or Master’s Degree in Nursing from recognized school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/APRN in the State of Illinois, or willingness to obtain licensure in the State of Illinois.
- Board Certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Psychiatric and Mental Health
