Advanced Practice Clinician Manager – Neighborhood G: Ames, Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Iowa City, and Urbandale, IA
Pay: $124,000-$166,400 per year (experience will be compensated)
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week
Shift times: Monday – Friday with variable shifts. Administrative days approximately 9am – 5pm. On-site clinic days aligned with health center hours with start time as early as 8am, end times as late as 8pm. Approximately 2-3 days per week in clinic, remaining days administrative and training days.
Location: Hybrid – Remote administrative work and on-site clinic days

Minimum Qualifications:
- Current active, unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse and APN in the state you are covering or active license as a Physician’s Assistant. National certification by appropriate authority as Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.
- Advanced degree, minimally Master’s Degree
- Two (2) plus years work experience with progressively responsible duties.
- Leadership experience necessary.
- Work experience as a PPNCS clinician preferred.
Immunization Requirements:
- Hepatitis B vaccination records
- Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccination records or proof of immunization
- Tuberculosis PPD Skin Test that is no older than 12 months
