Position Highlights:

Flexible patient volume with ample time to build long-term relationships

Full-scope Family Medicine from newborns to geriatrics

Modern outpatient clinic located directly adjacent to the hospital

Surgical OB required with a manageable C-section volume of 10-25 per year

4-day work week with flexible, shared call among seven providers

Compensation Details:

$349,000+ guaranteed, ongoing base salary

Production bonus with earning potential reaching $450,000+

Recruiting incentives include $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend

6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
