Otolaryngology Hospital Based job located in South Carolina

Locum ENT assignment 
Ideal coverage model would be for coverage 1 week/month beginning in JANUARY! 
The practice is flexible on which week we book
Standard ENT Call Coverage needed to provide call relief for our current ENT practice while one of our ENT providers is out on medical leave
This opportunity also has the potential to be a long term
Call is not in-house call, and Physician can take call from local hotel
being comfortable with Facial Trauma is preferred - reason for this is that our facial trauma call coverage is rotated by our ENT practice, Plastic Surgery practice, and our Oral Surgery practice. If candidate is not comfortable with facial trauma, then it will limit scheduling as we will have to make sure candidate is not scheduled during a week that the ENT practice is scheduled to take facial trauma call.
Call volume varies, but typically is around 2-4 consults/day max. If they are on facial trauma call as well, it could be a little more.
Level 2 trauma center, but operates as a level 1 trauma center
500+ bed facility
Requirements: BC/BE in Otolaryngology, SC medical license, CSR, DEA
DEA must permanently remain registered in SC
