~70% outpatient clinical mix
Service line expansion driven by rapid population growth
Predominantly asthma-focused patient population
Opportunity to incorporate sleep medicine
New medical office building adjacent to the children's hospital

Compensation & Benefits
First-year compensation guarantee = $250,000 + productivity incentives
Higher base available for sleep medicine training
6 weeks PTO
$4,500 CME stipend
