Job Description
This nationally recognized independent hospital in Illinois seeks a pediatrician for its outpatient clinic. The position offers a modern, well equipped facility, strong administrative support, and an excellent work-life balance with a flexible four day workweek, over six weeks of PTO, and moderate patient volume.
Position Highlights

Compensation
Guaranteed ongoing base salary of $300,000+ with production incentives
Total earning potential up to $450,000
Robust incentives, including a $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation assistance, student loan repayment, and residency/fellowship stipend
6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
