The Pediatrician will possess thorough knowledge of children’s diseases and epidemiology as well as the established examination procedures for infants. A pediatrician must be patient and caring and able to foster long term trust relationships with the children and their parents.
Minimum qualifications: Doctor of Medicine. Two years of Pediatric experience in a physician office setting.
Preferred qualifications: More than 2 years of Pediatric experience in a healthcare or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting, preferred.
Training: Board Certification in Pediatrics
Licensure: Current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one. Active CDS Certification. Active DEA Certification. Willingness to obtain CPR Certification.
