Job Description
Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Physiatrist to serve as Senior Medical Director of Inpatient Rehab Care unit
Unit hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a – 4:30p
Call schedule: evenings and 1:3 weekend coverage (shared with locum physicians) - Light call - can take call from home Rarely need to come in for emergent cases
Case load: Weekend volumes include rounding on 3-5 patients with 2-3 admits, includes internal and external admissions
Equipment: Full gym, including car simulator to Manage 6 telemetry patients at any given time
Exceptional teamwork amongst staff
Great functional gain and return to home rates for patients
