Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant position located in Arizona....Phoenix/Tucson outlying areas

Join a well-established 30+ provider non for profit multi-specialty group. Work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.  Work out of one Family Medicine clinic along with a Physician Assistant.  Family health care, including diagnosis and treatment of major and minor illness; management of chronic health conditions; women’s wellness; well-child examinations and immunizations; patient education; referral; and follow-up care.  Outpatient only.  Rotate phone call with other providers once every 3 months. Must have Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner experience. Beautiful area, enjoy all four seasons. Historic city boasting much in the way of adventure and culture.
