Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Surgical Services to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will a bachelor's ?degree, ACLS certification upon hire, Arizona State RN license, 5 years' experience managing 15+ OR suites and at least 3 years as a director of OR in critical care hospital. 

?RESPONSIBILITIES: 

-?Direct the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. This is a Leadership position which assures the delivery of patient care with the skills of an experienced Registered Nurse.

-Oversee 9 OR and 2 Endo Suites in main hospital and 4 OR and 2 Endo suites at outpatient surgery center. 

- Number of direct reports:  3 Managers, total FTEs 60 main hospital and 25 Outpatient Surgery. Total procedures annually 2022: 4346

?QUALIFICATIONS: 

?-?Bachelor's Degree

-ACLS Certification required upon hire

-Arizona State Registered RN License

-5 years' experience managing 15+ OR suites and at least 3 years as a director of OR in a critical care hospital.
