Ortthopedic Surgery practice options located in north central Idaho--General, Foot and Ankle and Spine

Physician owned group of six members are adding physicians to meet growth demands; perfect for physician who likes the outdoors...fishing, hunting, kayaking, water sports, hiking, gold; community of 60,000 in north central Idaho.  Two hours from Spokane with regional airport offering flights to Seattle/Portland/Boise within an hour's flight; 

Fellowship training is required for Spine and Foot/Ankle surgery. 

General  orthopedic  call is required for all physicians in practice. 

This is a partnership opportunity; can buy into the practice as well as an ASC and properties company. Partnership requires 2 years for the group practice with small buy-in.  Buy-in to the ASC and properties company is based on valuation at the time of buy-in. Base salary is guaranteed for the first year.  Candidate has the potential to earn bonuses based on production in year 2.  Will base the guaranteed salary from the MGMA Compensation surveys. Benefits package includes medical/dental/life/disability group policies paid by the practice.  Retirement eligible after one year of employment including 401(k) and profit sharing.  There is not a strict policy on vacation in the first two years; time off after partnership is not restricted because compensation is based on production.
