Seeking a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon for a cosmetic surgery center. They need to be already CA licensed and have no medical board or privileging issues. Full time position
Salary: $450,000.00 per year + Production-based bonuses based on % of revenue generated
Plastic Surgeon - Cosmetics:
• The Plastic Surgeon physician must have a current, unrestricted California medical license
• A surgery center with a pure focus on cosmetic care, such as body contouring, liposuction, fat transfer, face-lift, breast, etc.
• Cases are 100% cosmetic, and the majority are done outside of the hospital OR. No reconstruction surgery
• An organization is known for providing quality, value-driven care
• Setting: 7500 square feet stand-alone clinic, 25 employees, 2 modern OR rooms, 5 RNs, 2 PAs. One plastic surgeon & bariatric surgeon onsite
• Monday -> Friday, 8:00 AM -> 5:00 PM. 1 Saturday per month, 10:00 AM -> 4:00 PM
Plastic Surgeon - Cosmetics Qualifications:
• Doctors must be graduates from an accredited MD or DO program.
• Active California License — new grads are encouraged to apply!
• Physicians must be board-eligible with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (board-certified not required) and have completed their residency within an accredited program
• Prior cosmetic-provider-related experience is highly preferred!
