Urology Specialist needed for hospital based position on Guam. Urology the practice description is as follows:

Compensation: Daily rate $3,500.00 to include outpatient clinic service, operating room & 12 hour on-call service.

Elective Surgeries:    Daily rate of $1,500.00 If any elective surgeries while not on on-call

Clinic duties:        Daily rate of 2,000.00 for any clinic work while not on call.

Staffing: :        Will work with Urology NP's, & MA's
