Requirements
-- Board Certified in Addiction Medicine
Assignment Details
-- Practice Setting: Outpatient
-- Patient panel of approximately 300 patients
-- Average daily volume of 18-20 patients
-- Approximately 12 pain management patients on average
-- Support staff includes Social Worker and RN
-- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
-- Open to candidates outside of Michigan
