seeking a Locum Addiction Medicine Physician to start June 2026
--Ongoing coverage needed
--Schedule - needed weekly:
- Friday: 5p - 7a
- Saturday: 7a - 7a
- Sunday: 7a - 7a
--Setting: Hospital setting performing 3,600 IP/OP surgeries per year.
--Duties: Independent Cases
--Required Procedures: Ortho, Labor & Delivery, Spine, GI, Gynecology, Urology, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, bariatric bypass, minimal vascular cases
--EMR: EPIC
--Support Staff: Anesthesia providers, CRNA, Anesthesia Tech
--Reason for Coverage: Staffing Shortage
--Required: Board Certification, NE license or IMLC, DEA, BLS, Self Query NPDB within 30 days
