Medical Case Manager/ Patient Advocate Fresno California

Are you tired of just working a job? Are you ready for a career? We are an established holistic medical and wellness office that has a position for a DYNAMIC Case Manager. This candidate is health minded, has promo experience, is extroverted, can connect with people, loves to help educate and empower people to live active healthy lives, go-getter is a must!!! Basic understanding of anatomy and physiology a plus. Sales and marketing experience helpful but not required.

Job Description includes:

We are looking for an incredible communicator with great social skills, a strong desire to help people obtain better health, some background in sales, marketing and/or enrollment. The position requires a professional attitude with attention to detail.

Typical hours are 9-6 four days a week and 9-noon the fifth day . . .with some flexibility. Position will include complete training and apprenticeship to our programs, as well as benefits from working in a  wellness office.

Additional responsibilities may include:

-Expanding on our social marketing and website

-Review Recommended Care Plans

-Present Financial Plans-Follow-up Assessments
