- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical presentations to support management decision-making.
- Evaluate existing processes and workflows and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define objectives, track performance, and support strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex data and business requirements into clear, actionable insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify potential business risks and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and business initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, processes, findings, and recommendations.
