Spire Group is assembling its founding leadership team and seeking an exceptional physician to serve as Founding Chief Medical Officer and Equity Partner for a proprietary technology platform transforming the delivery of non-surgical facial aesthetics.
This is not another med spa.
This is an opportunity to architect the clinical foundation of a national, physician-led aesthetic network from the ground up.
The Opportunity
As Founding CMO, you will help establish the clinical standards, protocols, and quality systems that guide a new model of facial aesthetic care.
You will lead:
- Clinical protocols for neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced facial rejuvenation
- Provider credentialing, onboarding, and quality oversight
- Patient safety standards and complication management systems
- AI-assisted clinical documentation and treatment workflows
- Clinical strategy, regulatory direction, and physician network development
Your expertise will help shape how thousands of future aesthetic treatments are delivered.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a physician leader with deep expertise in non-surgical facial aesthetics.
Ideal candidates include:
- Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeons
- Oculoplastic Surgeons
- Aesthetic Dermatologists
- Cosmetic Medicine Physicians
You should have:
- Extensive experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Advanced understanding of facial anatomy and treatment planning
- Experience developing protocols, training providers, or leading clinical teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in healthcare innovation
- A desire to build something beyond a single practice
