(Login for Information), Inc. (PAA) is a small independent practice located south of Pittsburgh. We have two office locations in Pleasant Hills and Irwin actively serving over 500 patients. In October 2025, our physician passed away and our practice continued with our physician assistant leading the office.

As we have stabilized our position, it is time to add a physician to the group and increase the patient population again. PAA is looking to add a full-time physician to serve as both the primary physician of the group and supervisor of our physician assistant.

Office Details:

The office has Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday hours in Pleasant Hills. The Irwin office is open on Tuesdays from 1 pm to 6 pm. There are no weekend office hours and have never been on-call practice with hospital visitation. Our practice is not participating in Medicaid or Medicaid Advantage programs. The new physician will work with the office administration to set appointment hours within the existing structure.

Our staff is currently comprised of 2 full-time medical assistants, 1 full-time registered nurse, and 1 full-time physician assistant. At our peak, we averaged 8-10 patient visits and 50-60 allergy injection encounters per day. Currently, with just our physician assistant, we average 4-6 patient visits and 40-50 allergy injection encounters per day. Our Irwin office averages 80-100 injection encounters per week and is booked through March 2027 with patient visits.

Compensation:

Compensation package is negotiable based on experience and desired schedule. All packages will include malpractice coverage, continuing medical education expenses, and paid time off.

Qualifications:

• Active medical license in Pennsylvania.
• Training in Allergy & Immunology
• Active participation in medical insurance is positive but not required.
