Coverage Details-- November 23-29
-- Credentialing timeframe: 60 – 90 days
Shift Details
-- Monday through Friday 8-10 hour days
-- Unrestricted overnight call
-- Weekend hotel call required
Requirements
-- Board Certified in General Anesthesia
-- TEE Certified
-- Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship
-- Nebraska License or IMLC
Assignment Details
-- Adult and geriatric patients only (no pediatrics)
-- Level 1 Trauma Center
-- EMR: Epic
-- 187 bed academic center
-- 15 ORs in main, 3 endoscopy suites, 2 EP labs
-- Open heart, thoracic, vascular, and structural heart cases
-- Providers may assist with general OR cases as needed
-- Approximately 360–450 cardiac cases per year
-- 2 cardiac surgeons on staff
