A well-established anesthesiology team in Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking a BC/BE Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join its busy and comprehensive practice. Position Highlights: Join a well-established team of 12 anesthesiologists Approximately 140–150 cardiac pump cases annually, plus 70–80 additional cardiothoracic cases Robust structural heart program including TAVR, Watchman and MitraClip Approximately 1,530 cases per month across the Cath Lab and EP Lab Medically directed care model working alongside experienced CRNAs Broad case mix including General, Trauma, Orthopedics, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Pediatrics and Regional Practice at a 130+bed Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center Compensation and Benefits: $660,672 base compensation Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives and production-based compensation Qualifications: BC/BE in Anesthesiology Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesiology Advanced TEE certification Location and Lifestyle: Fargo sits along the North Dakota–Minnesota border and serves as a vibrant regional hub with a Fargo-Moorhead population of approximately 224,000.
