- Stable position with hospital system
- 20% peds, high acuity level II cases
- 80% general, level I cases
- Beeper call is 1:4, usually once in 3 months
- General call is once a week
- CRNA model for general, more hands-on for peds
- Level II trauma center with 10 - 11 ORs
