Seeking a Part time PM&R specialist Physician for an outpatient Physical medicine private practice in Glendale Arizona
We are looking for a Physician 2-3 days a week
Duties will include trigger point and joint Injections
The ideal candidate will Perform exams, evaluate clinical data, consult with our team, order appropriate tests and provide accurate and useful diagnostic information, patient education, documentation and help direction for the management of the patient's care.
