- Weekend shifts only -- Fri - Mon, 10-hour day or 14-hour night shifts
- No call, no callback, no holidays scheduled
- Average 60 surgical cases per day
- Case mix: general 50%, complex vascular 20%, complex orthopedic 20%
- CRNA supervision required -- up to 3 CRNAs, max 4 at once
- Trauma experience required -- minimum 2 years post-residency
- Spinal, epidural, regional, and ultrasound-guided block placement required
- Neurosurgical, complex vascular, and complex orthopedic cases required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
