Job Details:

Our client is looking for a full time physical medicine and rehabilitation physician for our Weston FL office.

We need the Physician to provide :

· knee viscosupplmentation

· epidurals

· nerve blocks

This is an outpatient position with no call requirements.

Must be licensed in FL and board certified (or taking boards).

Must have a clean data bank report and no Hx of licensure issues
