-Case Mix: GI, ENT, General Surgery, Gyn, Neuro, Ophthalmology, Maxillo, General Ortho, Spine, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Vascular, Pain, Thoracic/RadOnc, OB, Endo, Peds
-MDs are supervising CRNAs
-EPIC EMR
-Cred timeline: approximately 90 days
