- Hybrid practice: pediatric cardiac and general pediatric anesthesia cases
- Cardiac call in one-week rotations approximately every 3rd week; generates 2 post-call days
- Non-call weeks are daytime-only with no overnight requirements
- Academic faculty appointment with teaching, research, and quality improvement responsibilities
- Program expansion underway with case volumes expected to double
- 56 total annual days off including annual leave, sick days, CME days, and holidays
- J-1/H-1B visa support available; board-certified or board-eligible candidates considered
