Seeking a part time or full time Pain Boarded Anesthesiologist or physiatrist for PMR practice in Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046
PART TIME: 2 days a week 8-10 hrs performing Fluoro interventions ie: Facets , Medial branch blocks, Epidurals, Radio Frequency Ablations RFA's, for Cervical and Lumbar spine (no cervical TFESI;s ), Kyphoplasty, Knee HA.
FULL TIME : Flexible hours
Salary (range): $150 hr $1200 day for 8 hrs and $1500 for 10 hrs. FULL TIME $250,000
Bonus compensation: $100,000 yr
