This hospital operates 6 operating rooms and 3 endoscopy rooms, supporting a high-volume surgical program with established perioperative protocols across diverse case types. The facility functions under a physician supervision staffing model and utilizes paper charting systems for clinical documentation. Temporary privileges are available to facilitate an expedited credentialing process for incoming locum tenens clinicians.

The clinician will manage general anesthesia cases, excluding OB procedures, and will perform all blocks independently. This position operates within a physician supervision model staffed by 4 MDs and 9 CRNAs/CAAs daily across 6 operating rooms and 3 endoscopy rooms, utilizing paper charting for clinical documentation. Board certification, prescriptive authority, and an active Indiana license are required; no call, night, or holiday coverage obligations are associated with this assignment.
