Job Description
(Login for Information) is seeking a full-time pediatric anesthesiologist to join the experienced anesthesiology team at Covenant Medical Center - Harrison in Saginaw, Michigan.
Pediatric fellowship training is preferred; however, anesthesiologists with strong pediatric experience and comfort managing NICU and neonatal cases are also encouraged to apply.
Covenant Medical Center?Harrison is a level II trauma center, level III NICU, with nine operating rooms. In partnership with Cooper Hospital, the team manages approximately 17,000 surgical cases annually, providing a diverse and clinically rewarding practice environment.

Practice Highlights
- Diverse case mix including pediatrics, neonates, obstetrics, and VBACs
- General surgical cases including general surgery, urology, GI, plastics, etc.
- Approx. 20% healthy peds cases - 3,200 deliveries annually
- 1:5 call schedule, averaging 5 call shifts/month
- Post-call day off
- Base salary: $475,000
- $150,000 sign-on bonus
- Annual retention bonus
