- Complex ortho cases -- general and regional anesthesia required
- Post-op extremity blocks required
- Spinal, epidural, lumbar, and cervical procedures required
- X-ray guidance used in performance of blocks
- Supervisory role -- must also perform procedures directly
- Hospital privileges required
