- 3 weeks standard schedule, 1 week pager call only -- no daytime work during call week
- Mon - Fri, 7 am - 3 pm/5 pm with overnight call Mon - Thu, 7 pm - 7 am
- Runs 4 ORs
- Bread and butter cases -- OB, orthopedics, regional, acute pain, preop screening
- No hearts or heads
- Rare trauma cases possible
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
