-- 8 anesthesia rooms
-- MDs supervise CRNAs
-- MD to CRNA ratio 1:4
-- Responsibilities include:
-- Directing and coordinating anesthesia department activities
-- Conducting pre-anesthesia assessments
-- Managing induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
-- Performing clinical interventions as needed
