- Diverse case mix including general, ENT, ortho, neuro, spine, trauma, and OB anesthesia
- Split practice: 40% independent cases and 60% supervision at a 1:2 ratio
- Only 4 required calls per month; additional call earns extra pay
- Three physicians on call each night, allowing for rest during call shifts
- Residents rotate through, offering academic exposure without writing or publishing requirements

From $425000.00 to $650000.00 annual
