Interventional pain management physician or physiatrist (MD or DO) Gresham OR
Very competent at providing standard medical injections/procedures as well as enthusiastic about regenerative medicine procedures (PRP, umbilical cord stem cell, prolotherapy)-
Duties to include
- Trigger point injections, guided intraarticular injections
- Regenerative medicine procedures (PRP, stem cell, prolotherapy) to the neck, spine and extremities
- Electro diagnosis: nerve conduction studies (NCS) and electromyography (EMG)
- Ultrasound guided joint injections and nerve blocks
- Platelet rich plasma therapy (PRP) Percutaneous disc decompression
- Diagnostic discography
- Epidural steroid injections – caudal, intralaminar or transforaminal
- Selective nerve blocks – cervical, thoracic and lumbar
- Facet joint injections
- Radiofrequency denervation of facet joints, sacroiliac Stellate ganglion blocks
- Celiac plexus blocks
- Superior hypogastric blocks
- Botox® injections for headache and spasticity
- Sacroiliac joint injections
- Piriformis injections
- Spinal cord and nerve stimulation for failed back syndrome
- Preference given to candidates proficient in DRG, Tenex and Sonex Health micro knife procedure
Anticipate 1-2 days to start. Likely 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM. No weekends.
Salary (range): Competitive. $175-200.00 per hour depending on expertise and ability
