- Majority of caseload is outpatient Thriving, healthy, and mature practice
- $450k to $500k depending on experience
- 100% supervision
- General OR cases include orthopedics, general surgery, urology, basic neuro, OB and limited peds
- 1:4 with post call off, no 2nd call
