Job Description
Physician-led Care Team Model
Hospital-based position - 120 10-hour shifts annually
Call frequency: 5 days a month; First call only (post call day off)
Average 10 patients a day, 10% solo cases
All cases except chronic pain, cardiac, CC, office based or acute pain services
575K base plus 335/hour on extra shifts and extra call
8 weeks or 40 days of PTO
