- Shifts include days, evenings, and 24-hr call -- weeknight/weekend call unrestricted
- 8 operating rooms -- facility operating at approximately 80% efficiency
- CRNA in-house 24/7 with additional CRNA on call
- General anesthesia required -- adult cases, pediatric preferred
- Spinal, epidural, regional, and OB anesthesia required
- Complex vascular and complex orthopedic cases required
- Spine neurosurgical cases required -- open heart and thoracic not required
- Coverage needed while facility recruits a permanent provider
