Shift Details
-- 10-hour shifts only, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
-- Overtime offered but not expected
-- Required weeknight and weekend call responsibilities

Requirements
-- Board Certification required
-- Willing to accept candidates needing to obtain state license
-- ECFMG and FLEX

Required Procedures / Skills
-- General anesthesia
-- Orthopedic anesthesia
-- OB anesthesia
-- ENT anesthesia

Assignment Details
-- Site charting system: Epic
-- Number of anesthesia rooms: 10
-- MDs supervise CRNAs
-- MD to CRNA ratio: 1:3 and 1:4
-- MDs perform their own cases
-- Pre-anesthesia assessment
-- Obtain and/or verify patient consent
-- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
-- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
-- Monitoring of patient physiological condition
-- Performance of clinical interventions as needed
-- Assist in directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department
-- Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures
