Seeking a Locum Electrophysiologist

- Aug 10-14, Aug 17-21
--7a-5pm with 1 hour lunch
--Patients per day: Clinic 20-22 patients
--Patient Population: adult
--Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length.
--EMR: Cerner
--Special Procedures: cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations
--Must be comfortable doing moderate sedation on their own
--Technology - Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system (must be comfortable using), must do TEEs and moderate sedation
--Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, AZ license or able to obtain, DEA, ACLS, 1 year minimum experience
