Locum Electrophysiology Assignment - Northern Arizona
Job Description
Medical Center is seeking Locum BC/BE Electrophysiologist to provide coverage

Aug 3-7
Aug 10-14
Aug 17-21
Oct 5–9
Nov 23–25 (Thanksgiving Nov 26–27 excluded)
Dec 21–24 (Christmas Day Dec 25 excluded)
Dec 28–31
- All shifts 7:00am-5:00pm w 1 hour lunch
- Patients per day: Clinic 20-22 patients
- Patient Population/Age: adult
- Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length.
- EMR: Cerner
- Special Procedures: cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations
- Must be comfortable doing moderate sedation on their own
- Technology - Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system (must be comfortable using), must do TEEs and moderate sedation
- Skills Required: Albations
- Practice Setting: Hospital/In-Office Clinic
- Required: AZ license or IMLC, DEA, ACLS, Covid and flu vaccine, NPDB self query
